      "value": "<ul><li>At least five years of experience in consulting on restructuring, recovery or insolvency</li><li>Degree from a higher-education institution with above-average results in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme (minimum requirement: bachelor’s, master’s, German Diplom or formal course of training to be a business professional preferred)</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)</li><li>Keen interest in the worlds of restructuring, recovery and insolvency</li><li>Analytical and structured approach to work</li><li>Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel</li><li>Commitment to excellence by producing precise work</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)</li></ul>"
