Our mission is to provide educational and introspective programming to foster a sober and productive foundation for individuals affected by addiction. By offering a diverse collection of strategies and approaches to recovery – anchored in the 12 Steps, emotional sobriety, and mindfulness – we will support individuals to construct and utilize the tools necessary to thrive in long-term recovery.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Description</span></p>\n<p>The Per Diem Driver is a dependable and compassionate team member who supports DSRRP by transporting guests to/from appointments and running facility errands from time-to-time. The ideal candidate understands the importance of safety, professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful interaction with individuals in recovery.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountabilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely transport guests to and from scheduled appointments and approved activities</li>\n<li>Ensure timely arrivals while planning efficient and safe travel routes</li>\n<li>Run facility errands including supply pickup, pharmacy runs, etc.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate transportation logs as required</li>\n<li>Conduct basic vehicle safety checks (fuel level, tire pressure, cleanliness)</li>\n<li>Immediately report vehicle maintenance issues or incidents (when using a company vehicle)</li>\n<li>Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant environment)</li>\n<li>Support a calm, respectful, and recovery-focused atmosphere during transport</li>\n<li>Follow all traffic laws and facility policies at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education, Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma, or equivalent</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review</li>\n<li>Experience working in behavioral health, human services, or recovery settings preferred</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully with guests in recovery</li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations</li>\n<li>Dependable, punctual, and professional</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per diem (may include evenings or weekends)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Conditions and Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to sit and operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time</li>\n<li>Adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses) to read road signs, maps, and vehicle instrumentation</li>\n<li>Adequate hearing (with or without hearing aids) to respond to traffic sounds and passenger needs</li>\n<li>Ability to turn, bend, reach, and twist as necessary for safe vehicle operation</li>\n<li>Ability to assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle, when needed</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., luggage, supplies, packages, small equipment)</li>\n<li>Sufficient hand, arm, and leg coordination to operate steering wheel, pedals, and vehicle controls</li>\n<li>Ability to tolerate various weather conditions while entering/exiting the vehicle</li>\n<li>Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended driving periods</li>\n<li>Comfort and ability to drive year-round in varying weather conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$20/hour, plus mileage reimbursement when using your own car</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
