We are expanding our service territory into North Central Connecticut and are hiring several qualified Connecticut licensed HVAC professionals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Title:</p>\n<p>Senior HVAC Technician</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Summary:</p>\n<p>As a full-service HVAC provider, our technicians are expected to service and maintain a wide variety of heating and cooling systems which include</p>\n<p>· Oil, Propane and Natural Gas Boilers and Furnaces</p>\n<p>· Ducted and Ductless Air Conditioning Systems</p>\n<p>· Air-Source Heat Pumps</p>\n<p>Clean Climate does offer flexible scheduling but most technicians work a M-F shift rotating night &amp; weekend on-call. Our technicians take their vans home and our dispatched from home.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>· Perform emergency service calls for a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment</p>\n<p>· Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment</p>\n<p>· Report equipment sales leads to the Sales Manager</p>\n<p>· Attend training programs. All employees are expected to be kept up to date with the latest technologies.</p>\n<p>· Take Direction from the Service Manager</p>\n<p>· Maintain proper inventory in vehicle</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications and License/Certification Requirements:</p>\n<p>· CT S2 License or equivalent CT S1 Contractor license.</p>\n<p>· EPA Refrigeration Certification.</p>\n<p>· Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.</p>\n<p>· Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HVAC service technician</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Position Requirements:</p>\n<p>· High School Diploma and/or college degree.</p>\n<p>· Ability to lift to 50 pounds.</p>\n<p>· Excellent communication skills.</p>\n<p>· A “Safety First” attitude.</p>\n<p>· Successful applicants must pass background check and drug screening.</p>\n<p>· A high-level knowledge of advanced principles of heating and air conditioning systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Salary:</p>\n<p>From $70,000 per year</p>\n<p>$2500 sign on bonus after 1 year of continuous service</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p>· 401k</p>\n<p>· 401k matching</p>\n<p>· Health Insurance</p>\n<p>· Dental Insurance</p>\n<p>· Vision Insurance</p>\n<p>· Life Insurance (100% Company Paid)</p>\n<p>· Company Vehicle with Gas Card</p>\n<p>· Paid Holidays</p>\n<p>· Excellent Vacation Policy</p>",
