We are a leading service and expertise provider for high-tech commercial ventures, spanning communications, earth observation and remote sensing systems and data products, to the infrastructures that support earth orbiting and beyond earth orbit businesses.Stellar Solutions supports SSC/GSIS with systems engineering and integration for space, ground, and user segments.</p>\n<h2>Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Serve as a senior integration engineer enabling end-to-end technical definition, risk management, and milestone execution for DoD space and ground programs.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform systems engineering/integration across multi-contractor teams</p></li>\n <li><p>Support program reviews (SRR/SDR/SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA/PCA)</p></li>\n <li><p>Execute risk management processes; develop/track risks, issues, opportunities, and handling plans</p></li>\n <li><p>Apply MBSE/digital engineering to manage definitions and baselines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare decision briefings and integration plans; coordinate cross-functional activities</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate status and issues clearly; work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>12+ years in SE/Integration on DoD satellite or ground systems</p></li>\n <li><p>5+ years supporting formal space/DoD reviews (as listed above)</p></li>\n <li><p>2+ years performing program risk management on space-related systems (ground/software/hardware)</p></li>\n <li><p>MBSE/digital engineering experience for baseline management</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong written/oral communication; self-starter with mission focus</p></li>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s in Engineering, Math, Physics, or CS</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>2+ years in MILSATCOM mission area and/or space acquisition</p></li>\n <li><p>Agile software program experience; Confluence/Jira; software factory/DevSecOps familiarity</p></li>\n <li><p>Top Secret clearance; Master’s degree</p></li>\n <li><p>Agile certifications (CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, ICP); INCOSE (ASEP/CSEP/ESEP)</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Tools & Collaboration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Jira/Confluence; Microsoft 365; MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo) as applicable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance & Other Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>\n<p>This position is located in El Segundo, CA • Travel: Up to 25%</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>The typical salary range for this position is USD $145,000 - $185,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to salary).</p>\n<h2>Deliverable(s)</h2>\n<p>Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. </p>",
