          "text": "<p>In your new role as our <strong>General Manager Facilities and Environmental Services</strong>&#xa0;for our team, you will be responsible for the oversight of all Soft Services, Environmental Services, Grounds Keeping, Snow Removal, Administration, and Food Services functions for the assigned area or site.&#xa0; As a hands-on leader supporting our client, you will lead, develop, motivate, direct and supervise front line and supervisory employees.&#xa0; &#xa0;You will assign work to employees based on client and service requirements, perform audits ensuring client standards are adhered to.&#xa0; &#xa0;&#xa0;You will ensure proper training, provide recommendations and/or remedial training as required.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Scheduling – Dispatch and prioritize work assignments within assigned area/shift ensuring client needs and expectations are met in accordance with contract.&#xa0; Oversee, plan and ensure completion of special project cleaning assignments.</p><p>HR Related – Supervise, coach, motivate and develop employees and supervisors to ensure all are appropriately trained and adhering to proper procedures.&#xa0; Ensure completion of safety training and compliance.&#xa0; Audits performance, provides or arranges for new and remedial training, performs coaching discussions, performance management and discipline as required.&#xa0; Participates in hiring and staffing for the area of responsibility to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.</p><p>Inventory – Maintains supply levels for consumables ensuring the adequate distribution of supplies and equipment.&#xa0; Maintain and report on inventory levels, provides recommendations related to alternative options, quantity and timing of orders</p><p>Other – Participates in the implementation plans for environmental service programs, ensures compliance to programs and provides reports and recommendations regarding adjustments to plans and/or additional requirements</p><p>Safety - Perform daily safety checks and inspections, perform safety observations on employees, conduct safety walks and trainings, conduct safety investigations, complete reporting on safety related tasks, ensure compliance within IMS system for training and physical safety tasks.</p>",
