    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Developing a safe working environment.</li><li>Quality control of processes and products.</li><li>Planning and execution of developmental work.</li><li>Planning and execution of cost reduction of products.</li><li>Handling inspection of finished goods.</li><li>Control on incoming raw materials and timely evaluation.</li><li>Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.</li><li>Reduction in quality complaints of products.</li><li>Customization of products.</li><li>Customer/ supplier visit.</li><li>Adherence to ISO, QMS and Calderys systems.</li><li>Coordination with Marketing / R &amp; D / Project /Application and Supply Chain.</li><li>Training subordinates and monitoring their performance.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>B.Tech - Ceramic with minimum 5 years of Experience in quality control activities of a refractory monolithics/</li></ul><p>brick industry.</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge in ceramics and refractories.</li><li>Knowledge in various refractory testing and characterization techniques.</li><li>Analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication.</li><li>Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams.</li><li>Knowledge in refractory property–performance correlation and refractory installation.</li><li>Hands-on experience in various testing and characterization methods &nbsp;</li><li>pertaining to refractories.</li><li>Leadership qualities (Team- building ability), strong relationship management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS office.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
