Develops and implements rehabilitation programs consistent with the physician’s plan of treatment and revises plans as patient needs change. Collaborates with physicians and clinical team members to obtain patient information and coordinate effective care. Instructs, motivates, and assists patients with both manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises.
