Our innovative staff model is designed to create a supportive, motivating, and sustainable environment for all staff.<br>In order to build a sustainable work environment, TLS will provide on-going coaching and development, dedicated time for content teams to collaborate and flexibility in the hours a teacher and leaders spend on campus. This will help ensure teachers feel supported and will prevent teacher burnout.
