    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong><u>This position is located in Ridgefield, CT. &nbsp;Two to three days will be required in the office weekly.</u></strong> &nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">I<strong>. BASIC FUNCTIONS</strong>: The Campaign Marketer/Project Manager will provide consultative support with an emphasis on Digital and non-personal promotion marketing, communication, compliance guidance and project management. Candidate will collaboratively maintain project status and facilitate related deliverables supporting the entire team while adding value where possible.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">II. <strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interaction with clients&#39; Marketing Managers to facilitate development of solutions to meet objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide strong Digital marketing support including non-personalized promotion elements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain project status and actively facilitate Project completions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of the regulatory process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee digital marketing assets/campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop project lifecycle standards and product policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participation in client presentations and/or industry events as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Digital assets (web, email) required.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Display behavior and judgment that consistently upholds Hibbert ACT values.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Available to support occasional travel as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All other duties/ responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">III. <strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience Agency experience a plus along with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience supporting digital marketing and non-personal promotion campaigns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General technical understanding of marketing database technology.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Thorough knowledge and understanding of direct marketing processes, and knowledge and expertise in customer data management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidate must have solid Project Management/Vendor Management and excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate an understanding of relational technology with the ability to analyze, interpret and communicate findings to internal/external business partners.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working in a Regulated industry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity working in Pharma industry and/or Agency is a Plus.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">IV. <strong>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong>3-5 years&rsquo; experience supporting Digital and non-personal promotion along with Vendor/Project Management and one year Project Analyst, Project Manager or related experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This description reflects in general terms the type and level(s) of work performed. <u>It is not intended to be all-inclusive</u>.
