The ideal candidate will bring creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to direct teams, mentor staff, manage projects, cultivate clients, and expand our practice in both Arizona and Colorado. font-weight: bold\">Your Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide senior expertise and leadership to our Design teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with Community Planning, Environmental, Cultural Resources, Historic Preservation, and Housing teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Help lead project design direction and integrate urban design with landscape architecture, transportation, planning, and public realm initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Play an active role in business development and marketing, including proposals, interviews, and client presentations, while strengthening client relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mentor and support professional and technical staff, fostering collaboration, skill development, and career growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Manage team workflows, schedules, and resources to meet project requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Consistently embody the firm's vision, mission, and core values in your work and interactions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
