text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">The IT Business Consultant will have a good communication and documentation skills and have deep knowledge and experience of Inventory Management processes from execution through how these affect the retail stock ledger. &nbsp;The individual will work in a team responsible for Solution Design and Delivery that will&nbsp;include deployment of new functionality or changes to existing processes to meet the changing needs of our business.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Performs functional analysis, requirements definition and ERP module configuration and testing.&nbsp;Responsible for conducting prototype discussions, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.&nbsp;Has a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and development of solutions for the business functions.&nbsp;
