  "BriefDescription": "The Snubbing Operator safely coordinates and oversees snubbing units at the well sites. This individual will have an active state-issued Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement.  The Operator will be responsible for directing crew members while rigging up and rigging down of snubbing unit, maintenance of snubbing unit, clean up/repair of support equipment, and the preparation of equipment for the next job. Operators will provide mentorship to snubbing assistants and other members of the snubbing crew. The Snubbing Operator will have working knowledge of snubbing unit operations and will help maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality service to customer while on location.",
