The team should be professional in attitude and appearance and engaged with our customers&rsquo; needs. Field Services should be mindful and thorough in their work; following installation and safety guidelines, and instructions from the Field Team Supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of wireless broadband and/or fiber-optic service at customer premises</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interact with subscribers and represent the company in a professional manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Properly configure and connect customer&#39;s home equipment to the Mercury Network&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot customer broadband and/or fiber equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist sales team with localized marketing efforts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Other duties as assigned</em></li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Skills &amp;
