    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 6pt; margin-top: 0in;\">The Production Clerk position is responsible for warehouse and production administrative functions covering a combination of some or all of the following:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 6pt; margin-top: 0in;\">Maintain accurate production records &amp; complete production confirmations/consumptions in SAP daily, including closing production orders</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 6pt; margin-top: 0in;\">Assist with the cycle count process, complete cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 6pt; margin-top: 0in;\">Recording plant metrics and or key performance indicators (KPIs).</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 6pt; margin-top: 0in;\">Monitor and maintain min/max levels, reorder points, &amp; safety stock levels for maintenance, safety &amp; operating supplies.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 6pt; margin-top: 0in;\">Purchasing production and maintenance consumables in purchasing software</p></li></ul><p class=\"Default\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Complete daily production confirmations (TECOs) in SAP for process orders. Investigate and or resolve consumption errors.</li><li>Prior to SAP job closure, review operator data entry to ensure accuracy of raw materials consumption and production cycle time (line events). Enter data in to SAP.</li><li>Troubleshoot operator SAP data entry errors, investigate barriers to job closure, etc.</li><li>Assist with the creation and entering of cycle count documentation in SAP.</li><li>Perform cycle counts on the plant floor, including weighing material, and documenting weights.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels for operating, safety and maintenance supplies.</li><li>Effectively utilize purchasing software (Coupa) to purchase non-BOM materials, maintain vendors and maintain accurate pricing.</li><li>Own, manage, and improve upon production CANBAN systems for inventory management.</li><li>May assist with updating and maintaining production training records.</li><li>Manage time and communication via Microsoft Outlook.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
