    "description": "<p><u>Role:</u>       Assists in effort to have students operate all equipment in a safe manner.  Assist in maintenance of all equipment at the Glass Education Center (GEC) and instructs in its proper use.   </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><u>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</u></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Oversee the Glass Education Center as assigned by the Glass Studio Specialist.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure the continued adherence by students to the rules and procedures of the GEC including health and safety protocol.</li>\n\t<li>Oversee students during open lab time as assigned by the Glass Studio Specialist.</li>\n\t<li>Assist with minor care and maintenance of the studio/lab equipment, primarily lighting and shutting down the studio areas before or after open lab time.</li>\n\t<li>Report any health and safety issues, equipment issues, student issues and/or injuries to the Coordinator of GEC and/or Security.</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned by the Glass Studio Specialist.</li>\n</ul>",
