          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior SAP Functional Expert – Finance &amp; Controlling (FICO)</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>SAP S/4HANA Finance</strong> to lead and support key financial transformation initiatives.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes with hands-on experience in S/4HANA innovations, enabling real-time insights, streamlined operations, and scalable financial solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutions across global entities</li><li>Partner with finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice S/4HANA solutions</li><li>Drive the implementation of key S/4HANA capabilities, including:<ul><li>Universal Journal (ACDOCA)</li><li>New Asset Accounting</li><li>Margin Analysis (CO-PA)</li><li>Advanced Financial Closing</li><li>Group Reporting / Consolidation</li><li>Central Finance (as applicable)</li></ul></li><li>Define and deliver functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces (APIs/BAPIs), and Fiori applications</li><li>Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS)</li><li>Support finance transformation initiatives such as shared services, IFRS compliance, entity harmonization, accelerated close cycles, and real-time reporting</li><li>Lead key project phases, including design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare</li><li>Collaborate with finance leadership, auditors, and IT teams to ensure system compliance, performance, and scalability</li><li>Provide mentorship and functional guidance to junior consultants and business users</li><li>Contribute to pre-sales activities and support business development efforts</li></ul>",
