Pay:  $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Location: Fremont School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor At Ascend Rehab Services, our mission is simple—grow, learn, and develop alongside the children and families we serve. We believe every day holds the possibility of a miracle, and our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact through collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the Fremont area while also serving in a mentorship and supervisory capacity for SLPAs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to expand into leadership, clinical mentorship, and team development while continuing to make a meaningful impact with students. What You’ll Do: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) and support implementation of evidence-based interventions across school settings Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPAs, providing clinical guidance, support, and oversight to ensure quality service delivery and compliance Provide Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision, mentorship, feedback, and professional development support to emerging clinicians Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, pragmatics, and AAC needs as appropriate Participate in IEP meetings, communicate with families, and collaborate closely with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, supervision requirements, and compliance with school and state guidelines Why Ascend: Competitive pay + sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave CEU support (in-house + reimbursement) Licensure and credential reimbursement Strong mentorship and clinical leadership support Company-issued laptop or iPad, plus access to therapy materials and resources Wellness incentives and employee recognition programs Leadership development and career growth opportunities Dedicated mentorship opportunities for AAC, supervision, and clinical leadership pathways What We’re Looking For: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active CA SLP License (or eligibility) Experience or interest in supervising SLPAs and/or providing CF mentorship preferred Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and supporting clinician growth If you are interested , please contact Neha at  (408) 409-5697  or email me at  [email protected] #INDRE
