    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convert drawings to Revit 3D Models</li>\n<li>Perform clash coordination</li>\n<li>Convert Pointcloud scan to 3D models</li>\n<li>Prepare RFIs</li>\n<li>Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure successful management of projects</li>\n<li>Act as first-line quality control manager</li>\n<li>Identify project issues (ex. Schedule, quality, productivity) and work with Team Manager and Project Managers to resolve issues</li>\n<li>Other related tasks if there’s any</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any engineering related course.</li>\n<li>Proficient in BIM-related software (e.g., Revit)</li>\n<li>Must have basic plan reading knowledge (Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF)</li>\n<li>Must have basic knowledge in Navisworks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CAN START ASAP</span></p>",
