          "text": "<p><b>Looking for a Sr. .Net Developer with production support experience.</b><br /></p><p>•    Primary Technology skills with expertise level 8+ (out of 10) needed are C#, ASP.net, Web API, WCF, SQL DB, Web services, OAuth 2.0, JIRA, Bit Bucket, TFS, MSMQ<br />•    Good to have Knowledge of tools like Chef, Jenkins, Redis, Njinx, New Relic, Splunk, Sumo Logic. Additional good to have skills in in data structures, relational and NoSQL databases, networking, web architectures, UNIX flavors<br />•    Expert knowledge in large scale web operations and web based architectures and configuration management<br />•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing dynamic environment<br />•    Take ownership of production environment to manage bugs fixes, enhancements and features<br />•    Implement DevOps tools and services such that systems are well integrated and configured to be more resilient<br />•    Implement DevOps best practices and document processes to maintain high availability detailed notes for audit purposes.<br />•    Manage production issue escalations from Level 2 and Level 1 support team<br />•    Perform ongoing maintenance and change management. Work with our sustainment team to organize, plan, manage and execute new releases.<br />•    Use troubleshooting skills to investigate and identify root causes of reported severity 0 and severity 1 &amp; 2 issues<br />•    Propose solutions to remediate issues and work with other team members to implement fixes<br />•    Identify and propose processes to eliminate recurring production support issues<br />•    Able to take on-call rotational support.<br />•    Responsible for delivering metrics as per defined SLA and workload analysis<br />•    Manage volume drivers to ensure high production availability<br />•    Strong communication and analytical skills<br />•    High motivation to work under intensive environment<br /></p><p><b><span></span></b></p>",
