This individual will be responsible for maintaining both pediatric and orthodontic patients, as it pertains to orthodontia, and will be responsible for accessing eligibility reports, call parents, educating parents on orthodontic evaluations, greeting patients in pediatric clinics, and scheduling patients for their orthodontic consultation.  The ideal candidate will have ha strong background in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Primary responsibilities include qualifying and scheduling patients for complimentary orthodontic evaluations.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At CHOICE Healthcare Services, our mission is to provide everyone access to the healthcare they need. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<p>PEDO ORTHO SPECIALIST INITIATIVES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinating both pediatric and orthodontic patients</li>\n <li>Obtain reports and analyze patient data</li>\n <li>Promote our dental practices by directly engaging with patients and referral partners in the communities in which we serve to increase community awareness of our services and generate new patient leads.</li>\n <li>As a Pedo Ortho Specialist, exemplify and embody CHOICE standards.</li>\n <li>Develop knowledge and understanding of underserved community health and dental health issues in target populations.</li>\n <li>Seek and engage families and individuals to educate and inform them on the importance of orthodontic dental care at Children’s CHOICE Healthcare Services.</li>\n <li>Respond to requests for information about our company, services, and basic dental information to engage, educate and empower patients to schedule appointments at our clinics.</li>\n <li>Complete ad hoc projects per needs of management and team.</li>\n <li>Support orthodontic growth goals for new patient appointments by:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Obtaining data from reports to identify qualified patients</li>\n   <li>Greeting qualified patients at their pediatric appointment and schedule orthodontic consultations</li>\n   <li>Engage with parents via phone and in person to educate on the importance of orthodontia care and to schedule complimentary orthodontic exams.</li>\n   <li>Scheduling pediatric patients for orthodontic exams.</li>\n   <li>Follow up with patients who are not ready to schedule, or have postponed scheduling their orthodontic exam.</li>\n   <li>Directly engaging potential new orthodontic patients and scheduling consultation appointments or gathering information for follow-up.</li>\n   <li>Ensuring that monthly appointment goals are met as set by Ortho Manager to support operational growth targets.</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with both the pediatric and orthodontic teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.</li>\n   <li>Maintain accurate patient records and schedules</li>\n   <li>Attend both pediatric and orthodontic huddles</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Understand and comply with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to industry.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with clinic teams for existing and new patient conversion efforts.</li>\n <li>Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service to customers while upholding and demonstrating company values.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience and success in customer service. </li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish is required</li>\n</ul>",
