If you would like to join a company who wins high profile projects with blue chip clients and if you enjoy working in a stimulating environment, then Flynn is the company for you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REPORTING TO:              Site Manager/Project Manager    </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose of role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee site operations/task responsibilities on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is done safely, on time &amp; to the highest quality standard<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Take control of snag list and ensure that it is all completed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring that the end product meets the customer’s expectation in relation to build and finish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure Completion Dates are met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will be assisting with the plant/material requirements and advising Site Managers on progress reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring works are carried out to the correct standard whilst also inspecting the sub-contractors work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to prioritise workload and work in a timely manner.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Candidate </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Trade background preferable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of the latest building regulation and certification standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience with large scale commercial projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work proactively on one’s own initiative.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Career Path</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Flynn implement a highly structured career progression programme through a continual professional development programme (PDP) and mentoring programme which has been the foundation to our success.
