Judges' clerks across New Zealand to apply for a 2027 solicitor position in our Wellington office.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Our previous Judges' Clerk cohort joined our Litigation practice group.  Our litigation practice is made up of 13 Partners, 4 in Wellington and 9 in Auckland.   Our litigators are first and foremost experienced advocates, and we have acted in some of New Zealand's most high-profile disputes.  We have market-leading Partners who practice in broad general commercial litigation through to specialised areas such as construction, restructuring and insolvency, employment and class actions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>If you are interested in a practice group other than Litigation, please let us know and we will make sure that you have the opportunity to meet with people from those teams also. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You will get exposure to some of the most interesting work in New Zealand and work on cross-border transactions.  You will
