In this role, you can expect to take ownership of product manufacturing, inventory, supply chain management, and production tests for our main </span><span>product lines. You’ll also be an integral part of instituting and improving processes, tools, and workflows within our manufacturing group. Talk to us and find out more.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Within 90 days, you can expect to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Gain a strong foundation of our existing manufacturing processes and products</span></li>\n<li><span>Set a production schedule for each product and sub-assembly</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive priorities of the manufacturing team</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop a basic understanding of Measurement While Drilling and our customers</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Within 12 months, you can expect to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead a multidisciplinary, multi-supplier team in charge of manufacturing several products</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and execute an operating plan for a segment of the business, including setting production targets using a sales forecast</span></li>\n<li><span>Meet or exceed production targets for the year, each quarter, each month, and each week</span></li>\n<li><span>Collect, share, and use data to find supply chain bottlenecks and areas for improvement and implement many of those changes</span></li>\n<li><span>Find and implement several ways to mitigate supply chain risk</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with engineering to improve design for manufacturability (DFM)</span></li>\n<li><span>Help engineering find and improve on design weaknesses</span></li>\n<li><span>Help improve production test equipment and practices with engineering</span></li>\n<li><span>Establish credibility with customers, your team, and your peers</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate or deliver at least one training per quarter to your team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques</span></li>\n<li><span>Passion for building businesses</span></li>\n<li><span>Knows how to scale and prepare a manufacturing organization for rapid growth demand</span></li>\n<li><span>Knows how to talk finance</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent at managing the ambiguity of an entrepreneurial business</span></li>\n<li><span>Track record of using data to identify and solve problems</span></li>\n<li><span>Leads by challenging and motivating, not fear</span></li>\n<li><span>Knows when to push a team and when to go easy</span></li>\n<li><span>Is a master delegator</span></li>\n<li><span>Seeks first to understand</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n\n\n",
