Description
PURPOSE
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Total Rewards Senior Manager in executing the payroll process for assigned markets in Latin America, Central America and Caribbean and Europe. This position will support in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee payments while adhering to established payroll practices and procedures.
FUNCTIONS
Collecting and verifying payroll inputs for assigned markets. Execute the payroll process accurately and timely, in collaboration with the payroll provider. Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system. Assist in resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Total Rewards Specialist and Total Rewards Manager on special projects and process improvements. Prepare payroll reports and assist in analyzing payroll-related data as needed. Manage purchase orders for the payroll provider and ensure timely payment. Provide backup support to the Total Rewards Specialist during absences or peak periods. Maintain and update changes related to total rewards within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ensure accuracy and data integrity in all compensation and payroll-related records. Act as a liaison between Total Rewards, Finance, and external professional service providers to resolve payroll-related issues. Support broader HR projects as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll or related roles Basic understanding of payroll practices and labor legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes quickly. Problem-solving Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information. Familiarity with international payroll platforms (i.e., ADP) and providers (i.e. Celergo) is preferred. Familiarity working with AI platforms (i.e., Copilot) is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and prioritize workload efficiently.

PROPÓSITO:
El Analista de Nómina apoyará al Senior Manager Total Rewards en la administración de los procesos de nómina en todos los mercados internacionales, incluyendo América Latina, EE.UU. y Europa. Este puesto garantiza la ejecución precisa y sin problemas de las operaciones de nómina, la gestión de datos y la elaboración de informes, a la vez que fomenta la colaboración entre departamentos.
Recopilar y verificar los datos de nómina para los mercados asignados. Ejecutar el proceso de nómina de forma precisa y puntual, en colaboración con el proveedor de nóminas. Mantener los registros de nómina de los empleados y garantizar la integridad de los datos en el sistema HRIS. Ayudar a resolver las consultas y discrepancias sobre nóminas de los empleados y las partes interesadas internas. Colaborar con el especialista en retribuciones totales y el gerente de retribuciones totales en proyectos especiales y mejoras de procesos. Preparar informes de nómina y ayudar a analizar los datos relacionados con la nómina según sea necesario. Gestionar las órdenes de compra para el proveedor de nóminas y garantizar el pago puntual. Proporcionar apoyo de respaldo al especialista en recompensas totales durante las ausencias o los períodos de mayor actividad. Mantener y actualizar los cambios relacionados con las recompensas totales dentro del Sistema de Información de Recursos Humanos (HRIS). Garantizar la exactitud y la integridad de los datos en todos los registros relacionados con la remuneración y la nómina. Actuar como enlace entre Recompensas Totales, Finanzas y proveedores de servicios profesionales externos para resolver cuestiones relacionadas con la nómina. Conocimientos básicos sobre prácticas de nóminas y legislación laboral. Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel. Bilingüe: fluidez en inglés y español (requisito imprescindible). Gran atención al detalle y precisión en la introducción de datos. Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo. Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo. Habilidades de comunicación eficaz, tanto escrita como verbal. Capacidad para adaptarse a los cambios y aprender nuevos procesos rápidamente. Resolución de problemas.
