    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><h1 data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Welder</span></h1><h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Job Summary</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The Aluminum Extrusion Welder is responsible for welding aluminum components and assemblies used in extrusion-based products. This position requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting quality and production standards.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">- Weld aluminum extrusions and components using MIG and/or TIG processes.<br>&nbsp;- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.<br>&nbsp;- Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting parts.<br>&nbsp;- Set up and adjust welding equipment based on specifications.<br>&nbsp;- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.<br>&nbsp;- Repair weld defects as needed.<br>&nbsp;- Maintain a clean and safe work area.<br>&nbsp;- Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.<br>&nbsp;- Meet production and efficiency standards.<br>&nbsp;- Communicate with supervisors and quality personnel.<br>&nbsp;- Perform other duties as assigned.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Required Qualifications</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">- High school diploma or GED preferred.<br>&nbsp;- 1&ndash;3 years of aluminum welding experience.<br>&nbsp;- MIG and/or TIG aluminum welding experience.<br>&nbsp;- Ability to read blueprints.<br>&nbsp;- Ability to pass a weld test if required.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Preferred Qualifications</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">- Experience welding aluminum extrusions.<br>&nbsp;- Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent).<br>&nbsp;- Experience in a manufacturing environment.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Physical Requirements</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">- Ability to stand for extended periods.<br>&nbsp;- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.<br>&nbsp;- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Work Environment</span></h2><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Manufacturing facility with exposure to heat, fumes, noise, and welding equipment.
