    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB PURPOSE:</span></p>\n<p>The Registered Nurse (RN) is in a leadership and educator role, providing both patient care and education to direct reports, including researching, training, guiding, and providing instruction to any direct reports.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assesses the full scope of patient needs using the nursing process on a continuous basis.<br></li>\n<li>Provides a safe environment for patients and employees through identifying/correcting/reporting health and safety hazards.<br></li>\n<li>Cooperates with distribution of resources to maintain a therapeutic environment.<br></li>\n<li>Maintains interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors and co-workers.<br></li>\n<li>Accountable for nursing practice through planned and continuous professional growth and development.<br></li>\n<li>Uses knowledge and judgement needed to meet the nursing needs of patient.<br></li>\n<li>Serves in a leadership role through clinical practice, supervision, teaching and research.<br></li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED SKILLS OR ABILITIES:</span><br>Required Skills for this position are but not limited to:<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Office.<br></li>\n<li>Excellent written, oral, and communication skill.<br></li>\n<li>The ability to adapt to new software, equipment, and tasks that take place daily.<br></li>\n<li>Documentation Skills.<br></li>\n<li>Analyzing Information.<br></li>\n<li>Creating a Safe, Effective Environment.<br></li>\n<li>Infection Control.<br></li>\n<li>Ability to react calmly in emergency situations.<br></li>\n<li>Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and regulations to give and evaluate patient care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate from an accredited nursing program.<br></li>\n<li>Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.<br></li>\n<li>Working knowledge of how a medical office runs.<br></li>\n<li>At least one year of experience working in the medical field would be preferred but not required.<br></li>\n<li>BLS or CPR required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</span><br>Physical demands described are representative of those that must be routinely met by and employee to successfully<br>perform the essential duties of this position.
