Our size offers employees the opportunity to engage in multiple aspects of our business – you can build your skills and career with Microwave Techniques!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>This role supports the machining and manufacture of precision high-end products by performing a variety of manual tasks associated in the production of best-in-class solutions for customers in numerous different industries.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Deburring, sanding, and blending and polishing parts using hand tools, air and power tools.</li><li>Lapping flange faces flat</li><li>Tumble parts</li><li>Sandblast parts using a cabinet sandblaster</li><li>Use tank farm in cleaning parts for secondary operation and prior to assembly and paint</li><li>Apply surface finishes to aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel.</li><li>Clean and wash parts</li><li>Some light assembly</li><li>Maintain tools used and work area is in a clean and orderly condition.</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently to achieve desired outcomes.</li><li>Has high attention to detail</li></ul><p><br></p>",
