    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"709\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"404\">Primary Function:</strong><br data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"407\">The Conventional Merchandiser is responsible for stocking, rotating, and maintaining company merchandise in retail accounts to ensure product availability, display standards, and customer satisfaction.</p><p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"865\"><strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"733\">Market Assignment:</strong><br data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"736\">This position serves the <strong>Central</strong><strong data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"777\">&nbsp;Market</strong>, which encompasses, but is not limited to, <strong>Durham</strong><strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"864\">, Southpoint, and Morrisville</strong>.</p><p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"881\"><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Stock, rotate, clean, and maintain product on shelves, coolers, fast lanes, and promotional displays according to company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange merchandise to maximize visual appeal and sales performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Organize backroom inventory as needed and maintain safe, clean work environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure proper accounting of product and assets.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with account personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid North Carolina driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age with a strong driving record.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum six (6) months of experience in stocking, route delivery, merchandising, or retail preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with availability for occasional weekends and some holidays&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, lift up to 30 pounds overhead, push and pull product frequently, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours per day.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated dependability, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to pass required background checks, Motor Vehicle Report review, and company drug testing requirements.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
