In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As we value our team members, AAMCI provided a Monday to Friday work week. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm.</p>\n<p>AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare initial, annual, and interim recertifications for all residents</li>\n<li>Maintain full compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations</li>\n<li>Verify income, assets, household composition and allowable expenses</li>\n<li>EIV record keeping and follow-up</li>\n<li>Maintain resident files in accordance with AAMCI policy and procedures</li>\n<li>Data entry and correspondence</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications necessary for success:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to meet strict deadlines</li>\n<li>High level of organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to calmly handle difficult situations</li>\n<li>Work and interact effectively with others</li>\n<li>Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
