In this role, you will supervise a team of data scientists and software engineers, providing technical leadership to bring AI models into production environments across various platforms. As a startup, we expect you to \"wear many hats,\" covering diverse IT responsibilities and actively participating in business meetings to help shape both the technical strategy and the product roadmap.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>● Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, software engineers, and platform developers in the productization of AI models.</p><p>● Work closely with AI researchers to translate cutting-edge research into robust and efficient SDKs for multiple platforms, including Android, iOS, Unity3D, and Unreal Engine.</p><p>● Oversee the design and development of CI/CD pipelines to ensure a smooth and efficient development process. ● Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions to align technical solutions with business goals.</p><p>● Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in the integration of AI models across diverse platforms.</p><p>● Participate in strategic business discussions, offering technical insight and representing the engineering perspective.</p><p>● Contribute hands-on to the codebase as needed, leading by example and solving key technical challenges.</p><p>● Assist in IT and infrastructure management to ensure the efficiency of the development environment.&#xa0;</p>",
