Our company is actively involved in commercial and agricultural service and development projects. We are expanding and require additional team members to support our growth. This role will focus on mastering the latest dairy equipment and services. If you thrive in an outdoor work environment and value a positive team atmosphere, you'll enjoy the camaraderie among our top-notch crew.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Duties and Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose, repair, rebuild and install various dairy equipment such as pumps, separators, fans, piping, and valves on farms. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform hand-on repairs and installations to ensure equipment functionality. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Repairs and fabricates various items and equipment using cutting, burning, and welding techniques and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Operates agricultural equipment to include, but not limited to telehandlers, lifts, excavators, loaders, skidsteers, trucks, and trailers.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You should be mechanically-inclined with a background in farming, welding, or construction preferred. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You should have a clean driving record as well as a valid driver's license. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable working in rural areas and all types of weather conditions. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Due to the nature of work, you may occasionally be on-call for service and repairs. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physical Requirements: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Candidates should have a clean driving record to be insurable under our company policy and be able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.
