Manages and supports Junior/Project Managers from Notice of Intent through completion and final payment. Identifies resource needs and facilitates having them filled. Monitors ongoing projects for safety, quality and productivity. Develops and maintains customer relationships. Coordinate billings, invoices and checking of productions. Communicates and implements the Corporate Policies to all local employees.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Plan and implement various sized commercial electrical projects</li><li>Direct and lead other Project managers to success with jobsite employees and subcontractors</li><li>Review and perform buyout of major subcontracts and material purchases</li><li>Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met</li><li>Manage the PM team to:<ol><li>Perform monthly cost to complete projections</li><li>Perform monthly billings and receivable worksheets</li><li>Estimate change order requests, ASIs, CPRs, and Change Directives</li><li>Maintain job budget entries and approvals</li><li>Maintain required project documentation, Submittals, RFI&#39;s, Change Orders, As Builts, Lay Outs, Etc.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between employees, subcontractors and the Owner/General Contractor on project</li><li>Attend all jobsite meetings</li><li>Perform a minimum of weekly jobsite walk throughs</li><li>Provide detailed reporting of Purchases, Costs and Projections</li></ol></li><li>All aspects of Project Management for themselves and their team.</li></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies</strong></p><ol><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Delegation and Motivation</li><li>Results Driven</li><li>Communication&nbsp;</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Risk Management</li></ol><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong><strong><br>&nbsp;</strong><strong>This position will manage Junior and other Project managers.</strong></p><p><strong>Work Environment<br>&nbsp;</strong>This job operates in a clerical office and job site setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this&nbsp;job, the&nbsp;employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions<strong><br>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. <strong>This position is can be quite active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.</strong> Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<br>&nbsp;</strong>This is a full-time position.
