Due to our growth, we are looking to add one VP of Business Development with the sole mission of selling our unique Qualfon Performance Solutions to enhance new-logo client growth. Benefits & Time Off: As a full-time position, Company benefits are offered in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), state and federal law, and Company policies. These benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Identity Protection, Pet Insurance, and 401k.Full-time employees are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) benefits based on the Company’s current paid time off policies and in accordance with applicable state law. Further, Colorado residents are eligible for Paid Sick and Safety Leave, per applicable state law provisions and Company policy. All benefits are subject to any plan changes at the Company’s sole discretion. Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $150,000 and $175,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee’s portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions. Drive complex and consultative sales involving multiple product groups and divisions. Successfully navigate politics within organizations (external and internal). Drive all business development activities including: opportunistic strategies, lead generation via aggressive client-base prospecting, opportunity qualification, needs assessments, deal management, competitive positioning, product demonstrations, proposal preparation and delivery, and contract development. Identify, organize and focus the resources required to close deals. Provide post-proposal issues resolution. Typical points of contact are CMO,CRO, SVP of Sales, and SVP of Marketing. Qualifications Must be a seasoned business originator with 10+ years of experience with a proven sales record in selling outsourced sales programs to prospects in multiple verticals. Must be self-motivated, have the internal drive to keep calling even when not getting traction immediately and have the capacity to know how to approach each customer and each functional area in target companies. Must be an exceptional communicator with a strong team orientation and a skill for marketing integrated online and offline data-driven solutions to help drive market share and profitability. Experience selling services to Telco, Warranty, Insurance, SAAS, Automotive, and BFSI space. A thorough understanding of demand generation and go-to-market strategies & methodologies. Knowledge of trends and market developments. Must have the ability to translate how our solutions can impact a B2B and/or B2C company’s profitability. Must have a thorough knowledge of inner workings within large, global B2B and/or B2C companies, i.e., multiple departments and decision makers and appropriate solutions. The following are personal qualities that will characterize the successful applicant: Independence; Creativity; Tenacity; Resilience; Organized; Communicative; Collaborative. Bachelors’ degree in business or marketing required, MBA a plus.
