Conduct in‑home evaluations and present system options with confidence
Build value through professional, consultative sales presentations
Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, concerns, and priorities
Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines
Obtain customer authorization and ensure all agreements are documented
Follow up on site visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with internal teams
Provide installers with clear expectations, photos, and job requirements
Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation
Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood opportunities

What You Bring
3+ years of sales experience (required)
1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred — field techs excel here)
Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends during peak season)
Physical dexterity for light system evaluations
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening
