This role balances manual testing rigor with scalable automation development, contributing to both product stability and efficiency.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>1. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qu</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ality </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assurance &amp; Manual Testing</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated) based on complex requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct exploratory and functional testing for new features, especially data visualization dashboards and real-time alerting systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span>, document, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle using Jira. Perform in-depth analysis of non-conforming software.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage test cases, organize test cycles, and generate reports using TestRail.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Execute manual and scripted API tests using Postman to </span><span>validate</span><span> functionality.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support performance testing initiatives where needed, contributing to test execution and analysis</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Automation Development &amp; Scaling</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> reusable, scalable automation scripts using Python, Selenium, and </span><span>pytest</span><span> within our custom framework.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Automate functional, regression, and integration tests for both UI and API layers.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to CI/CD improvements by integrating automated tests with Jenkins for continuous testing and rapid feedback.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Troubleshoot automation framework issues and resolve blockers efficiently.</span></span><span> </span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Agile Collaboration &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work within an Agile/Scrum team, </span><span>participating</span><span> in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure features are testable and stable.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Requirements</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>4–5 years of QA experience, including manual and automation testing.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong experience with Python, Selenium, </span><span>pytest</span><span>, Jira, TestRail, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing (UI &amp; API).</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>E</span><span>xperience with performance testing, preferably using K6.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Our Commitment to You:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits.
