    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>Job Title: Facility Maintenance Worker Department: Land Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Manager Position Prerequisites:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing &amp; carpentry tasks.&nbsp;</p><p>2. High school graduate preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Must possess valid driver&rsquo;s license.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Ability to work with guest in all areas with a positive approach.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p>6. Ability to work as a team.&nbsp;</p><p>Purpose: To assist the supervisor in completing tasks to maintain the physical facilities and grounds of the resort.&nbsp;</p><p>Major Duties:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Conduct any maintenance requirements/projects as necessary to all facilities.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Dispose of all trash from resort receptacles.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Utilize skills with small tools, power tools, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc, to perform maintenance tasks.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Use &ldquo;clean as you go&rdquo; method when performing your work duties.&nbsp;</p><p>6. Operate equipment with energy conservation in mind.&nbsp;</p><p>7. Adhere to safety policies.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.&nbsp;</p><p>9. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).&nbsp;</p><p>10. Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.&nbsp;</p><p>General:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by management.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Material handling: stooping, bending, lifting an average of 30 pounds will be part of some job requirements.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
