As a Shipping and Receiving Technician, you will work with the operations team to ship and receive products in a timely manner and maintain inventory counts for finished goods and raw materials through accurate documentation to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. Fisher Barton is constantly adding new technologies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to Fisher Barton Safety and Quality procedures and regulations&nbsp;and business code of ethics</li><li>Pull orders, ensure orders have been pulled, staged and repacked in correct quantities and packaging</li><li>Load and unload trucks as required</li><li>Use scanner to ensure all product is placed into correct location and system is updated</li><li>Create and reprint labels</li><li>Process chips from the Machine Shop</li><li>Package and store finished parts</li><li>Build boxes for shipment of product to customers</li><li>Maintain inventory of commonly used containers</li><li>Build custom wood shipping boxes</li><li>Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<em>The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
