This position supports operations in ensuring use-ready and compliant facilities and utilities, including troubleshooting, completion of preventive maintenance, and the completion of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related documentation. The HVAC Technician I provides feedback and recommendations to management on relevant topics including the planning of maintenance work, project management tasks, and the investigation and resolution of unusual situations.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Duties/Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Perform, as part of a team, a wide variety of tasks to maintain facility in a best in class for guest experience. Interface with customers, vendors, and team members in support of facility initiatives, work request completion, or other duties as assigned in a professional and team-oriented manner.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Essential functions include, but are not limited to completing preventative maintenance on air conditioning units, fan coil units, and other motors and equipment; diagnosing problems, completing repairs and replacing equipment.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Assists in troubleshooting, including basic electrical or instrumentation troubleshooting of equipment that is not performing to standards and makes necessary repairs to get optimum performance from equipment.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Assists in performance of routine, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance and modification jobs on all site utility systems.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all ice makers, walk-in coolers, and freezers, and all refrigerators.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Read, interpret, apply, and enforce applicable codes and standards as related to HVAC/R installation.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background: white;\">Monitor temperatures and set points.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Installation of HVAC units, including electronic and mechanical components.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Installation of HVAC ductwork including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Install or repair fuel and water supply lines.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Conserve, install and recycle CFC and HCFC (Chlorofluorocarbon family) refrigerants.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in;
