      "content": "\n<li><strong>Proven ability to lead through influence:</strong> Extensive prior experience as a Lead or Principal Engineer with a track record of driving significant, company-wide technical initiatives.</li>\n<li><strong>Technical Breadth:</strong> Strong proficiency in our core stack: Kotlin (JVM), React (TypeScript), AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and various relational and NoSQL databases.</li>\n<li><strong>Scaling: </strong>Proven experience with large, globally scaled distributed systems.</li>\n<li><strong>AI First:</strong> Professional experience integrating AI/LLMs into internal developer workflows as well as user-facing product features.</li>\n<li><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in software engineering with a focus on platform architecture and developer experience.</li>\n<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n"
