          "text": "<p><strong><em>What You Have</em></strong></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.&#xa0;</li><li>2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment</li><li>Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members</li><li>Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results</li><li>Possess general understanding of financials and budgets</li><li>Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)</li><li>Flexible schedule availability to work during our&#xa0;office hours.
