Apply today and start your journey toward an exciting career!</p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist guests with bike rentals, ensuring proper fit and safety.</li>\n <li>Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately.</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory and organize the shop for an inviting guest experience.</li>\n <li>Promote additional hotel amenities, dining, and activities.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest inquiries promptly.</li>\n <li>Ensure the shop is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.</li>\n <li>Help with opening/closing duties and participate in team meetings.</li>\n <li>Monitor and report unsafe conditions or inventory needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous cash handling experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Basic math skills (7th/8th grade level).</li>\n <li>Effective communication and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.</li>\n <li>Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n <li>Passion for biking and outdoor recreation a plus!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
