What awaits you: • Perform administrative functions for our critical IT Design applications such as Polarion (ALM), including installation, configuration, documentation, testing / validation, maintenance and upgrades • Act as 2nd level support working within our global Incident Management system (ServiceNow) for User support • Interface with Business to ensure functionality requirements are documented and understood • Ensure availability / uptime and performance of applications are deemed acceptable • Maintain and implement security measures as required (patching, access control, change control, etc…) • Provide off-hours support as required • Minimal Travel requested as necessary Kautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries.
