We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, design and conduct experiments related to the development of new products/technologies, product improvement and/or bioprocessing.</li>\n <li>Plan, design and conduct experiments for the characterization of antibodies and therapeutic proteins.</li>\n <li>Support marketing and new products through data acquisition, preparation of presentations, publications, collaborative studies, interactions with key customers and as a participant in conferences.</li>\n <li>Support customer facing projects through data analysis and preparing presentations.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the generation of new project/product ideas.</li>\n <li>Learn, maintain and advance expertise in areas relevant to company’s products and strategic goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>M.S. with minimum of 8 years relevant working experience or Ph.D. with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Life Science, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related science.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 to 8 years of relevant working experience with M.S. or Ph.D. with emphasis in biochemistry and cell biology.</li>\n <li>Extensive mammalian cell culture experience required.</li>\n <li>Solid scientific and technical knowledge in metabolic pathways, general chemistry, and cell biology</li>\n <li>Experience with product development and launch.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.</li>\n <li>Customer-facing experience </li>\n <li>Understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of laboratory instrumentation in cell biology.</li>\n <li>Proficient computer and statistical skills.</li>\n <li>Some knowledge of cell culture medium components and cell culture media development a plus.</li>\n <li>Tabletop bioreactor experience a plus</li>\n <li>Collaborative team player.</li>\n <li>Superb organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak read and write English proficiently.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>For California, the base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $115,000.
