      "value": "<ul><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Currently pursuing a Master in or related to Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioprocessing Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology or Life science  </li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Experience working with microorganisms and following GLP and aseptic techniques </li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment such as Microbiology Safety Cabinet, Centrifuge, Dead end filters, Benchtop fermenters, etc. </li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Experience in pilot or manufacturing environments is a plus</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting objects of 10-15 kg when necessary.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Fluency in English, both verbal and written </li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Must be able to work effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and collaborate on interdisciplinary fermentation-related projects</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment</li></ul><em><strong>This internship is intended for students currently pursuing a relevant Master’s degree program and whose university requires a mandatory internship of at least 5 months.
