    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;Assist physician in assessing patients and establishing a plan of care for patient while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Two to three years clinical experience working with oncology patients and a strong desire to teach patients. A staff nurse is responsible for implementing the philosophy, objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of the Office Manager. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care.
