In this role, you will design and implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions, collaborating with design leads and stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative solutions across a wide range of technologies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with MEMD design leads across various domains including Event Management, Function Apps, Azure Monitor, App Dynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and more.</li>\n<li>Develop and sustain observability and monitoring standards aligned with enterprise architecture.</li>\n<li>Design monitoring services for applications across SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS platforms.</li>\n<li>Engage with business units to gather requirements and deliver cost-effective monitoring solutions.</li>\n<li>Perform day-to-day design activities and plan for software and automation upgrades.</li>\n<li>Drive innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and automation strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>SRE Practices: Observability and Monitoring</li>\n<li>ServiceNow ITOM Event Management (including AIOps and alert integration)</li>\n<li>JavaScript, Python, PowerShell</li>\n<li>Azure Fundamentals, Azure Monitor, Azure DataLake, Azure Fabric</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>API Integration, Ansible</li>\n<li>.NET and C# Programming</li>\n<li>DevOps and Automation Tools</li>\n<li>Grafana, Prometheus, App Dynamics, ThousandEyes, Riverbed, Nobl9</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in IT monitoring or related technical roles.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge in Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, APM, Ansible, PowerShell, and Automation.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in alert integration into ServiceNow ITOM </li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in an IT architecture role with deep understanding of monitoring and application performance management.</li>\n<li>Experience with Azure services.</li>\n<li>Experience in DevOps and programming languages: Python, PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, SQL.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of proactive monitoring using Azure services, telemetry, and synthetic transactions.</li>\n<li>Understanding of network architecture and security: WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and compliance processes.</li>\n<li>AIOps vision and awareness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CRITICAL SELECTION CRITERIA</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication and Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with technical and business staff and communicate complex IT concepts effectively.</li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in multiple IT domains; ability to understand requirements from Product Owners and architects to design enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.</li>\n<li>Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze problems, develop creative solutions, and assess risks and benefits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Government-mandated benefits plus supplemental HMO coverage.</li>\n<li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within a growing finance organization.</li>\n<li>Hybrid/Remote work arrangement (where applicable).</li>\n</ul>",
