This includes managing delivery of tolling system components and monitoring ongoing tolling operations to ensure client satisfaction through excellence in every interaction. You will also work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of all services for your assigned programs.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Manage Program Delivery:</strong>&nbsp;Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients or customers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong>&nbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related discussions, escalations, and issue resolution.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Service Performance Monitoring:</strong>&nbsp;Monitor performance metrics, including availability, reliability, responsiveness, and quality, and take appropriate actions to address deviations or issues.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Team Management:</strong>&nbsp;Lead and manage a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance, professional development, and employee satisfaction.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Service Reporting:</strong>&nbsp;Prepare and present regular service performance reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and improvement initiatives to management and clients.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Contract Management:</strong>&nbsp;Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to review and negotiate service contracts, ensuring that contractual commitments align with the organization's capabilities and resources.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Vendor Management:</strong>&nbsp;Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors involved in service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Risk and Compliance:</strong>&nbsp;Identify, assess, and manage service delivery risks, ensuring contract compliance.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Have at least seven (7) years of experience working in a delivery management role, or at least three (3) years of experience working in a delivery management role and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, or a related field.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Have experience in the tolling industry or a related transportation field (transportation technologies, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), etc.).&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Demonstrate familiarity with tolling&nbsp;industry technologies, systems, and software.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Possess strong leadership and people management abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and drive process improvements.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Have a results-oriented mindset focusing on customer satisfaction and service quality.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams effectively.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Be proficient with the MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Have dependable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.</span></li></ul><p
