You’ll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment where your voice is valued and your skills are appreciated.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Locations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Austin - 78744 & 78739 </li>\n <li>Bastrop - 78602 </li>\n <li>Buda - 78610 </li>\n <li>Elgin - 78621</li>\n <li>Georgetown - 78626 </li>\n <li>Kyle - 78640</li>\n <li>Manchaca - 78652</li>\n <li>Manor - 78653</li>\n <li>Pflugerville - 78660 </li>\n <li>Round Rock - 78665</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join KidsCare Home Health?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle</p></li>\n <li><p>Sign-on bonuses available</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive benefits package</p></li>\n <li><p>Meaningful one-on-one patient care</p></li>\n <li><p>Supportive team environment with a mission that truly matters</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reach out to me directly for more information! </strong></p>\n<p>[email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Our <strong>Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)</strong> are responsible for the delivery and supervision of patient care through the nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Provide services in accordance with a physician’s orders and in adherence to state, federal, and national accreditation commission regulations; under the direction and supervision of clinical supervision staff and the agency Administrator.</li>\n <li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments.</li>\n <li>Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the </li>\n <li>Document timely clear, concise, and accurate clinical notes in accordance with the plan of care.</li>\n <li>Notify the RN Case Manager of any changes in the patient’s condition.</li>\n <li>Provide and document education to patients and their families on specific details of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure that patients are receiving quality care, necessary to achieve, and exceed individual </li>\n <li>Uses appropriate infection control procedures and safety </li>\n <li>Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Work Experience Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current State Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) License.</li>\n <li>One (1) Year Home Health Experience Preferred</li>\n <li>One (1) Year Pediatric Experience Preferred.</li>\n <li>Current CPR Certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation to office and patients’ homes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands/Working Environment </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position regularly requires bending, reaching, standing, stooping, sitting, twisting, talking, and hearing.</li>\n <li>Push and pull 50 pounds (position patient, move equipment, etc.).</li>\n <li>Support 50 pounds of weight (ambulate patient).</li>\n <li>Lift 50 pounds (pick up a child, transfer a patient, etc.) as well as assist with weights of more than 100 pounds.</li>\n <li>Carry equipment and supplies.</li>\n <li>See information up to 24 inches away (monitors, computer screens, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
