The incumbent reports to the Industrial Engineering Analyst. This role investigates end user inquiries to understand potential application problems. The incumbent completes end user application analyses to identify expected system outcomes and to determine the source of system abnormalities. This position develops data scenario tests to isolate the source of application problems.
