This role supports issue resolution, contributes to product and process control activities, and collaborates closely with Engineering to ensure robust, reliable, and maintainable product designs.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Perform quality control inspections of manufactured products and existing production processes in accordance with applicable standards and methodologies.</li><li>Participate in the analysis and resolution of product and manufacturing process issues.</li><li>Contribute to the definition, implementation, and maintenance of Product and Process Control Plans.</li><li>Support the Engineering team in applying quality criteria during product design to ensure:<ul><li>Proper industrialization of the manufacturing process</li><li>Accurate testing, measurement, and control methods</li><li>Long-term product reliability and maintainability</li></ul></li><li>Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation using Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality risks and opportunities within production processes.</li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Experience as a Quality Inspector in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in electronic assembly.</li><li>Strong knowledge of applicable electronic and microelectronic standards, including:<ul><li>IPC/J-STD-001</li><li>IPC-A-610</li><li>IPC-A-620</li></ul></li><li>Proven experience with quality assurance and inspection processes.</li><li>Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and test methods is an asset.</li><li>Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC) is an asset.</li><li>Understanding of quality tools such as FMEA and Control Plans is an asset.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
